Our proprietary polymer fiber flex panel was designed to offer the ultimate mattress support in every achievable position at a fraction of the weight of traditional wood panels. Each zone, from the foot to the head, has been specifically engineered to support that region. We have added extra support by overlapping more cross-weave panels in the sections where we want more bend, like the knee and the seat sections. Because of this, we are able to reduce the number of layers in the panel, allowing the perfect flex.
